Refund policy

 

We offer a 14 day open purchase policy for products with a value over 50€ for the following countries: Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Belgium, Estonia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, France, Austria, Portugal, Spain, Greece, Ireland and the UK. Currently, we are unable to offer free returns outside these countries. 

Customers will have to cover the shipping fee on the return shipment to Helle themselves. Items need to be in their original packaging and state when returned. Customers will get their refund once the items have been returned and inspected by Helle.
